The 4N6 Factory team

Lukas Fischer founded the 4N6 Factory in 2011 after having worked for KPMG for over a decade. Over the years, Lukas conducted and led a lot of fraud and corruption investigations and acquired extensive knowledge in fraud risk management by implementing compliance programs with SME and quoted multinationals.  His main skills are fraud response plans, fraud detection methodologies and tools, and he is also focusing on corporate ethics and integrity services. 

Lukas regularly speaks on conferences and serves as a lecturer at the school of management and law in Winthertur (compliance / fraud response) and other institutions.

Peter Jonker is passionate about corporate integrity. Before joining the 4N6 Factory he worked as an advisor at KPMG where he supported many organisations in the development and (global) implementation of compliance and corporate integrity programs. He is an experienced facilitator and developed compliance training and awareness programs for global organisations.

He is a member of the United Nations Global Compact working group on Anti-Corruption and serves as a lecturer in Ethics and Leadership at the Executive MBA program of the University of Zurich.
